Mosaic WebStore - Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

• Complete and send this Return form (below)
• Securely repackage your item(s) in the original box if possible, or use appropriate packaging for shipment. The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging with the package sealed. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel.
• Use the return label or code provided we have placed inside the box of your original order (????!!!!)

We do not refund the cost of the return postage unless the items sent were faulty or incorrect. All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging or a refund cannot be processed.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
● Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
● Any item that has been defaced or personalised.
● Items sent 14 days after delivery

The refund you will receive will include the costs of returned items excluding the original shipping costs 7,90 €. Please note we can issue the refund only through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, just follow our normal return procedure and give us more information when completing your returns form.

Mosaic WebStore (MosaiikkiMyymälä) will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. In that case, please contact delivery company.
